Hi Guys

As far as i remember you must run each FSX version at least once or you will get install errors.

not sure where i saw this info but think it was Phil Taylor's blog thing.

Spot on Rick. You must run native FSX then close it, applie the first patch, run the sim, close it, then apply the second :)

Out od interest what does that do?

Is it to reset the registry to new base figures before any further can be added?

Not sure Garry. Often when computer programs are patched, the patch doesn't fully apply untill the program is run for the first time. Maybe that. :dunno:

That sort of advice though is very good :)

Makes sense when you think about it for whatever reason but not something many would think to do.

A bit like loading a default before an add on.....a must sometimes, but if not, always still worth doing just in case. :worried:
