I have heard that Mr. Rick Piper is actually working
on a family of Bae Hawks !!!

Is it true ?
If yes it is a very good news indeed

I think you should also refer to the project as Ricks Hawk, not Hawks. Rick is doing a magnificent job creating the aircraft for SkySim but unfortunately it's not the whole Hawk family.
