Duxford Autumn Show...The Mother Lode

Post by Kevin Farnell »

OK, here is a further selection from the excellent Autumn Show held at Duxford on Sunday 14 October 2007.

This is by no means an exhaustive collection and the photos are in no particular order.
I have tried to capture all elements of the show, including the audience participation. The aircraft taxi back extremely close to the crowd line. I think you'll see from the pictures how much the crowd enjoy this. Also, I believe the pilots appreciate the enthusiastic applause they receive from the crowd.

Enjoy....

Kevin, what absolutely class photos - well done sir, and thanks a lot for sharing them. I dearly wish I could have been there, as I used to frequent Duxford shows a lot in my old life (!). Going to forward this link and make a lot of people jealous!

Nice selection Kevin. Doesn't that Pilatus PC2 photograph well.. most unusual colours coming off the polished fuse ;-)

I've seen the bloke off the TV (he's a Scot).. usually on 'historical type' progs. Last thing I saw him in was to do with the German occupation of the CI and the fortifications they built using 'foreign' labour :)
