Armstrong Whitworth Atalanta for FSX / FS9

Post by jensbk »

Hello all,

I've just uploaded a new, much-improved version of my old Armstrong Whitworth Atalanta model to avsim and flightsim. Almost completely reworked from accurate 3-view drawings.

The Atalanta was one of the first 'serious' models I made for FS, and the new version is not quite 'in the same league' as my latest efforts. I hope you like it anyway
Best regards

Jens..

It still wasn't up at Flightsim.com when I looked but it was ready at Avsim. Delightful

One point.. I'm seeing rather a lot of sparks off the rear end while taxiing (this in FS9)

It certainly proves one thing Jens. Graham/General Grant/Mess Night/FS9 - in any order you like - just do not go together.

Many thanks for the new model Jens, will give it a real go when I have got through this paperwork mountain.

I always knew this plane as the A-W Atlanta not the Atalanta.
