Landor and lack of

Post by union79 »

Wow im really sorry if this upsets some but? there isnt alot of landor paint schemes about at the moment well no good ones.

Ive built up a collection of British Airways aircraft be it BAC, boeing whatever.

my problem is all these boeing and airbus fans seem to leave us brits out. yeah you can get the new ba schemes but landor is much more interesting. and not available.

pss757 yes fine and ian edwards covers the 737-400 but what about the pss777 and the scarebus from feelthere? i know feelthere model the 320-200 but would still be nice to have it in landor and imagine those winglets wernt there and it was a 320-100.

was just woundering if somebody would be able to add this fab paint scheme to the fs world

I thought there were quite a few Landor liveries out there although most seem to get it wrong and treat it as white when in fact it was pearl grey..so grey they had white door markings at first. Thankfully they tended to bleach a little.

As such especially when new it was perhaps one of the most depressing liveries every flown on an UK airline....but incorrectly done as a white it is much better.

I did the One-Eleven 400 in Maersk UK/BA Landor but that's the only one I've done.

I was quite drunk when i wrote the first post so but reading it today im quite impressed that it was readable

British wearing pure Landor

One-Eleven, 748 and Islander are the only three I can think of off hand
