Not seen that before. Very interesting ATC conversation as well. Dealt with calmly and professionally. :clap:

Spectacular!, And I must agree, very well handled by both the ATC and the Pilots.

A job well done. And I think the photographer got this piece of film locked up in his safe. That's once in a lifetime opportunity.

I'd not seen a video of that incident surface yet.

I did see a crude colour photo over enlarged and shaky but this really show it.

That was amazing how it captured the bird entering the engine.

All airlines should run that for training purposes in most departments :think:

The guy who shot the film was very professional.

The fixed shot of the tower with the moving controllers just visible and the emergency vehicles taking up position all well shot and edited........no dramatic music just natural sound and ATC exchanges.

Only the one take possible so not an easy job. :smile:

I think this will be one of the all time classic shots.

Yes, I've seen this before. Very well put together and just shows how calm and professional the ATC are flight crew are when push comes to shove.
Error 482: Somebody shot the server with a 12 gauge.
