Nothing like that though when weather is 'normal'! I've not been there but Benbecula in autumn is bad enough!

Peter just has to be the most prolific painter Dave.

May his brushes never wear out.

Hear, hear  The FS world would most certainly be a lot more boring without him ;)

Lovely stuff, another for the collection. It was a very nice paint scheme for the Chipmunk too, so its doubly welcome. Thank you Peter !

Thanks for the kind words Guys - much appreciated. I have just uploaded VH-RCC to Allnodes, may be available later today or tomorrow.
Does anyone know if the Kemps Aerial Surveys stripe along the fuselage is black or dark blue? The colour pics I have found are not too clear on this.

Cheers, Peter

Hi Peter :)

I'd hazard a guess at dark blue but I couldn't say with any certainty. Dark blue can look black as indeed, black can look dark blue *-)

I'm sure they will be Graham :)

Kemps wore a variation on the theme. Some of their aircraft were that light blue colour.. some were light blue with white upper fuse.. some were the same but with a cheatline. The one Peter is referring too is yet another variation with what looks like a very dark blue/black cheat running through the window line though even with this, there are variations on where the cheat went up the fin. Lots for him to go at
