Thanks for posting the pictures Peter! Very interesting.
I'm soon finished with painting Vampire T.11 RRAF121, screenshots will follow.
Best regards

Jens..
I love your work to bits but this isn't working for me I'm afraid and it's not your fault  I've yet to see ONE shot of the Alpha Vamp where it looks even vaguely real (and I include all the shots I've seen thus far.. not yours specifically). It hurts me to say this.. it really does but in the end.. you can only work with what you have
I am only one negative in a 'Sea' of Alpha success for this model so keep em coming as those flying with their hearts will love it all the same

No problem with that Dave! To me the Vampire looks ok, but I know the feeling from other FS aircraft. Not that any parts have particular wrong shape, but the sum of everything just looks wrong. I'm very happy with the alphasim T.11 and have great fun flying it with track ir from the superb VC.
Great Viscount paint Garry! Interesting to see it in "war paint". Some very sad stories of terrorists shooting down civilian Air Rhodesia Viscounts with SAMs (probably SA-7?) and even killing the surviving passangers after the following crash landings.

You're a good man Jans and long may you continue
Your summary is exactly along the lines I'm thinking and I agree that it does fly rather well.. until pushed. Certainly one of the easiest jets of it's type to land smoothly from what I've seen which is always the icing on the cake
