Hi Jens,

I hope you like this photo, after finishing work on the Ark (and scanning all the slides he took of her!) I have now moved onto more of my dad's slide collection and started scanning them in.

Here is a good rear shot of the Eagle taken in 1971 which was the year you titled your screen shots for. It was taken from HMS Glamorgan.

Forgive all the dust and scratches, I am scanning first, and then will one day get around to cleaning them all up in Photoshop !

Great picture! Looks like my repaints of the Eagle carrier wing aircraft should be spot on the 1971 time frame.

Thanks for sharing the pic!

Regards
Jens-Ole

Well looks like Alphasim is doing an early HMS Eagle now, going to be interesting.

Lol,

Dave, their Ark turned into the one that Seaking battered Charlie (Skippybing) and I into doing! (only kidding Seaking, it was a pleasure!)

Really getting interested in the thought of a HMS Victorious now, great opportunities for some Far East Flight Simming circa 1965!

Glad you liked that pic, here is another top notch slide that has stood the test of time in the loft since 1971.......hmmm perhaps not! lol

Larger versions available if anyone wants them of these shots, just pm me.
