The solution is easy, load the England football team into the bomb bay of the BBMF Lanc and drop them from 60 foot over the Mohne See and see if they skip over the dam ramparts. As an alternative drop them from 20,000 feet and see what impact they make on Hamburg.

Ooops not as sorry as I should be

Hi there,

According to BBC News, the BoB flypast was scrapped. No official reason given, but it is thought that Victoria (ahh bless) and David (ahh bless more) felt that it could "upset" German Football Supporters having such a war themed display.

They should have given me a shout, I'd have given them a BoB display....

Boot on Bum that is!!

Cheers

Stewart

It's typical isn't it, the good old PC ness of today. It's a shame that no one can honour the sacrifices of those who kept our country free because some people are somehow offended by it.

It didn't happen to to the cross wind being out of limits at Coningsby. I guess thats not as good a reason as upsetting a few germans for the British press. Never let the truth get in the way of a good story and all that.

They should have been at (a very wet) Duxford too yesterday.
