While you're at it Dave.. you wouldn't have time to knock the hump out of the fin LE would you? :wasntme:

Which bit do you mean Dave? *-) Wasn't planning on doing any model mods, but if it's simple, and Rick doesn't mind...

Think he's meaning on the lower part of the fin mate. The prototype didn't have that leading edge bit...

Nope.. not the fillet. The fin LE from the top of the fillet to the top of the fin should be a straight.. not curved. Then you have the fin cap on top with all the gubbins inside. Rick's Vanguard fin has always looked like Napoleon had a hand in the design

Ah, right. I'll have a look, but not sure how easy it'll be.

Having a few issues with the door / steps visibility at the moment. As soon as I add it, the animation on the gear & control surfaces stops working. 8)
I think it's a MCX bug, but just trying to find a work-around.

OK mate

Tried to find a large picture of the fin (I've probably got hundreds here of PEP!!) but settled on this one:

The drawings Rick used were slightly off unfortunately.

I wouldn't worry about the bloody doors Dave. If they work, they work. If they don't, they don't ;)

I see what you mean Dave. *-) Gonna be tricky without screwing up the mapping.
