Well.. I uninstalled it (deleted from Scenery Library), added everything except the trees and reinstalled it. No change for me I'm afraid..
This shot shows the inner cliffs better. Looking at the alt when I was in the Beech on the runway.. it varied up and down around 72.3ft. I drove the Beech off the runway and dropped down to 59.1-59.3ft
I don't think that's it to be honest with you mate. It worked fine in FSX with GenXv2. It looks for all the world like a flatten is missing. I had exactly the same moving ES Guernsey into the new install.. runways/taxiways/aprons e t c all at one level and the rest in holes. I eventually found the problem was.. the ES installer shoved this file (EGJB_Guernsey_ARM_ALT.BGL) in Scenery\World\Scenery. Lobbed it into the new install and all was flat again. With Hamble, I can't see what's missing.. that is as far as I can see, nothing is missing. I have the same files George has. Mesh res wouldn't cause that much of a difference. I'm on 5m as is precribed by GenX and I run texture res at 60cm all the time which is higher (in theory) than it should be. Only the hi-res areas in GenXv3 are 60cm.. the rest still sits at 1 or 2m.
I've just found his Weston-on-the-Green and put that into my fresh install (dragged it from the old one and added via Scenery Library) and that, fortunately is fine as is Thorney. That Speedbird bloke hasn't sent the bombers over has he??
I bet he's warming them up. I've Portsmouth and Thorny too mate, and no problems there either. It should be easy enough to make a flatten for it, let me dig out FSX KML...
