I hate these sales!
Why? Because I already have them all, except the triple 7 - which I don't want, as I never fly the two I do have! Although I have the JF Herc pack and it's tempting to get the varied CS ones instead (best add-on aircraft for FS ever, imho).
Don't know what all the fuss about the 757 is, never have stuttters (nor ever had

) and enjoy flying both the Capt Sim and JF 'freemium' models in Air Hauler. That from someone who thinks modern airliners are for geeks

Stop!! I'm gonna tell Mrs. C that you bigger boys made me! I have the CS757 and it slows my FSX down, but not unbearably

Ian, thanks for all the info. I'm not a huge fan of the original 737 ( Ben's right, it is the runt of the litter

) so its most likely going to be the 707 and cargo expansion. If I buy anything, that is...
EDIT: Whoah !! Carenado are having a sale too !

I was thinking of getting the 727, but the popular choice here seems to be the 737, mind you I'm waiting for the Milviz 737 to come out.

Can any-one advise as looking at the system requirements it states that you need Internet access (for installation/ re-installation) As I am not on internet would I be able to down load from another computer and install onto mine at home or for registration (if there is one for the model) do you need to be connected directly from your computer?
Would like to purchase one of these models
Regards
Nigel.

Hello Nigel. As far as I can see, it is possible to use offline activation for Captain Sim products. Apparently the option is built in to the installer. To be honest, though, I don't think they make it easy as they now encourage online interaction in everything they do. They no longer sell boxed products for instance.
The activation instructions appear to be geared to having an Internet access PC adjacent to your FS PC. When you choose manual installation the installer generates a text file which has to be transferred to the Internet PC and sent to CS who generate an activation code and return it to the Internet PC for transfer back to the FS one.
So, in answer to your question, it looks like you can do it, but without any internet access at your home, it looks like a long, tedious process
No phone support either.
Ian

Actually, I think it's only the popular choice amongst members with 'speedbird591' in their forum name
But then again, I'm the only one who has it so what would the others know?
Seriously, though, I have both the 727 and 737 and the 727 is very good (and much better looking than the 732) but it's not as much fun to fly as the little one. It boils down to whether you want the better in-cockpit or out-cockpit experience. Get both - see for yourself

Well, I have quite a few in the CS hanger now and the only one I've been waiting for is the 737.
Enjoy the 757 & 767 even though they are FPS hungry.
Agree with Ian, regarding the 727 with its god awful, over dramatic, neck snapping, trim.
I think having read the comments I'll be getting it later.
