Hi Mike
Well, because of my condition I'm often up at 04:00..rather than not got to bed yet.
If I can get 2-3 hours sleep, that's a good night
Certainly up by 05:00 is quite normal, but this morning I slept in until nearly six

Been there, but obviously from different causes. Insomnia has been the bane of my life in the last 7 or 8 years, although it seems to be easing just lately. You have my sincere sympathies, Garry.

I used to worry about insomnia, but I found that kept me awake at night
Sadly it, breathing difficulties and post op pain and other issues that are taking the edge off life
The serious downside is a frequent in ability to think properly or at least fast enough to keep up, a condition that no one seems to want to make allowances for.
If you're not in a full body cast you must be able to run the Marathon or at least that's what the SS appear to think.

I'll look out for it Downunder.
I doubt you'd find it on the bottom rack, I'm sure what Paul is refering too is top shelf stuff.
