Amusing FSX Bug

Post by Reheat »

Hello All,

Had a bit of a chuckle this morning, loaded up at Bournemouth to have a bit of a look around trying all the textures out etc - set it to Winter and got a rather surprising view....

Image

Turning on the UK Winter textures seems to turn the south of England into a desert paradise!

Sand, sand everywhere!

...made me laugh anyway! :huf:

They're probably banking on the fact that by the time people can actually run FS.X global warming will have happened

I don't see the problem with that picture. There has obviously been a strong winter storm which has blown much of the Bournemouth beaches onto the airport, and the airport staff have done an excellent job in keeping the runway clear. :dunno: :poke:
