It is Peter! Not too sure what your take on it is, I guess I would have to see the same in FS9 to see the real difference. Still looks like its really stuttering though.

The ATC HAS been improved - they have tuned it to avoid the zig-zag vectors as described above. They've also added in a few other functions, such as warnings of aircraft on parallel runways.

They've not given it a major overhaul, and it doesn't have regional voices, but it's not just been transferred over straight from FS9 without any changes.

Thanks for that Peter, be interesting to know what the system setup was on the computer, though stuttered a bit whilst taxying.

 Shouldn't this thread be in the payware section? Unless of course your all getting FSX for free?

I would be inclined to give the various version of flight simulator an exception to the payware requirement, since they are the foundation of everything else we do.

Yesterday was the official release day and I went down to Fry's Electronics last night to pick up my new copy of FSX, while they had a stack of standard versions they had already sold out all 20 copies the deluxe version they received. I have Tried about six other retailers without success.

The thread was started with the question as to whether the Classic British Aircraft will work in FS.X..........So as intended it was fair enough
