Classic & British....

Post by Arny_01 »

Stumbled upon your forum recently - looks good. The Classic and British appeals  - thought you might like a look at model I've been working on, for what seems far too long now
Anyway...English Electric's Awesome Lightning .. (T.5 variant).

Hi Mike and welcome to the forum

Always a pleasure to have a new modeller join.. new to the forum that is, not new to modelling as is obvious by the T5

Hi Mike and Welcome

Sure coming in with a bang there.

Great stuff...that vertical one reminds me of a particular pic that used to appear in various books and mag articles.

Some the Lightning could do years ahead of other operational types.

really looks the biz.

yes nice job, I have always liked the EE. It just LOOKS fast. hope you get good sounds for it, the default jet sound does not do it justice, well at least for the version I had before my compy crashed......
