I'll have to swot up on forced mips vs automatic mips. Can't remember seeing anything about that before.

Average life expectancy could mean another 40 years of model making hinch, so there's always a chance.

I read that recently about mip maps being used to display at distance and they are there anyway.... extra mips can be added (forced mips) for cards that need them.

Of course that doesn't say whoever wrote it was right or if I understood it properly. :k: :think:

I have checked since the post and it is only the T3 for sure.

It's nothing bad and only a fuss arse like me would notice....but I mentioned it because of the drift of the thread and it is a fact that although only minor, it is there.
