Thanks for all the pointers chaps...some very interesting stuff...brings back a lot of memories.

My flight was in 1959 so perhaps it was East African Airways :smile:

Gary...Yes, I think now they did call it a DC4M.

1959 it can only be a choice of two down there. :think:

EAA or BOAC

BOAC retired the type in 1960 :smile:
