No, you are indeed correct, I usually notice films a few years after they come out when they show up on the basic "free" TV channels

Thats a 70s TV program and I suspect the sort of character in that who might deliver that line, would have delivered it in a far less eloquent manner in which this line is actually delivered in the film its from
