Interesting "War Chest" at Game

Post by Vulcan_to_the_Sky! »

Hi all,

I know that this aint about flightsim (boo) but for those WW2 and strategy fans out there, I found an interesting box set of games at "Game" today for a tenner. Command and Conquer Generals, Battlefield 1942 and Medal of Honour Allied Assult.

Thought it might be of interest to someone...

Medal of Honor Allied Assault is quite a good game but mainly you're fighting the war single handedly.

Graphics are good but can't understand what the Germans are saying.....Going to have to ask one of my colleagues as he used to translate games to German and Russian language.
I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.

I used to love MOHAA
The multiplayer was the bane of my life back in early 2002 and was the sole reason I did hardly any work on my coursework

I've been playing MOHAA, but I think I prefer Battlefield 1942 better. Thats if you can get me away from Command and Conquor Generals!

I loved MOHAA. It was the business. Although I mastered the Project Tupolev TU-154 quicker than it took to figure out how to open a door in that flippin game.

Stupid? moi?

I found battlefield 1942 harder to get used to in terms of controls. Of course If I'd read the manual first.......
