Hi Leif, it did indeed belong to Shell. I don't think the scheme it is in now is meant to be authentic to the shell scheme, more a quick lick of paint to hide the corrosion!

VTTS, There are significant differences between the Prince and Pembroke. The Pembroke has a longer wing, longer nose, longer engine nacelles and different main gear (one wheel as opposed to two on the Prince) If you look at a photo of the two the differences are quite obvious.

Hi Tom

Most of the Sea Princes ended up with the longer nose..not so many civil ones.

But the other differences are quite major as you point out especially the higher aspect ration wing.

Worth mentioning here that the civil Pembroke was the President.
