Any attempts to bring these numptys to justice can only be a good thing. I think its a great idea.

In Manchester there are several places that issues leaflets with pictures and details of persistant young offenders in the area who may be subject to ASBO or bail conditions. Same thing applies where people can report them to the Police if they are seen breaching any such conditions. Superb!
