Tingwall - EGET

Post by DaveB »

Hi Guys,

After loosing the runway at Tingwall (visually).. the figures have been checked and the default found to be HALF the correct width  As real as it get's!!
As a workaround for those who find themselves (in a Rapide) in that part of the world with only a footpath to land on, John has made an AFCAD file to replace the default and bring it up to real world spec.

You can download the replacement file here.. TINGWALL60

Plonk the af2 file in your fsim/addons/scenery folder and fsim will do the rest. Tingwall will now be 60ft wide as opposed to the default 30!!

Tks for both those links guys

As Pete suggested, don't limit yourself to the Rapide flying up there for fun but as far as the VA is concerned, the only aircraft routed to Tingwall are Rapide's
