Red Bull Air Race - Longleat

Post by Nigel H-J »

Just saw a trailer on TV regarding the Red Bull Air Race........Why oh Why does ITV or the BBC not follow this series........OK.....It may be shown on Payview or Satelite but I don't have it :crying:

From what I saw it is nothing short of adrenalin busting flying....It appears a lot better and more interesting than F1!!

By the way.....Any-one thinking of going??

I went last year and it's well worth going if you can make it. The flying is nothing short of amazing and the setting is wonderful. It's not often you can see aeroplanes flying lower than the tree tops

Nigel,

You can always pop over to Flightsim and search for Red Bull. There is a small scenery add-on with the air race course for Rotterdam.

It is not easy!!

Cheers

Stewart

I was thinking of going, but I doubt I'll be able to afford it

............and to think that they took Murray Walker off because of his verbal blunders.

They seem to spend more time telling us how wonderful the ITV coverage is.

It's shown on Channel 4, but usually at some ungodly hour of the morning!

I couldn't agree more. I stopped watching F1 years ago: now I prefer Motogp and the superbike racing.
