Great photos, thanks for sharing. I don't want to say anything negative about the Percival P-40 Prentice T1 since I don't really know anything about it. But I don't think its grand enough to be considered "Queen of the skies".

Fantastic shots, I always enjoy your air-to-air photos. As has been mentioned, you have access to a very lucky perspective and indeed subject matter, which Iâ€™m really glad you take time to share with us.

Just out of interest, what was the camera ship used?

Alex, the camera ship was Rapide G-AGTM. We were on our way to Peterborough for a days pleasure flying there. I like to take advantage of any photo opportunities as our archives are/were sadly lacking!

Don't know why but the front end of a Prentice always reminds me of a cartoon dog. :think:

Just the snout and nose (Spinner on the end)

Also the cockpit is like sorryful eyes

Sort of ugly in a cute way and you want to love it no matter what :roll:

Right straight jacket back on. :madhead:
