J'burg accident

Post by delticbob »

There has been a piece on BBC/ITV Ceefax this afternoon about an accident at Johannesburg, where by an engineer had his legs amputated by the landing gear of Boeing 747 on a flight from London - BA55 - I think it was.

Passengers were kept on the palne for over an hour till the site was cleaned up.

Yes, just read it on Teletext.....An awful accident.
I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.
