Thanks for that Garry.
Thats the reason why I am concentrating on Base drawings with A320, Herald,737 etc to paint liveries in future that actually occurred on the aircraft.
Things like the Caledonian A320 that had a Batman tail logo etc.
The "fantasy" liveries will be off my website as soon as I get down to drawing proper liveries.
I have a selection of old Airliner fleet books with original B&w line drawings of airline logos from the late 70s if you need any for your livery FSim painting. Also have old Flight Internationals with adverts at back for pilots, maintenance etc with logos such as Alidair etc.
The British Caledonian font from the late 70s early 80s I have just sussed out is actually the same as the Airbus font that can be downloaded from the net.
Cheers

Hi amo

The best one to look at my stuff would be flightsim.com as searching my name will bring up about three hundred or so all with thumbnals.

A lot of the titles on early aircraft were not fonts as such but house style applied by signwriters.

BCAL varies form type to type and period slightly and the worst is DAN Air which can vary from aircraft to aircraft.

When researching the 748 I could not foind two aircraft exactly the same.

On the last livery there were two version and the tail logo varied as did the lettering on some depending on what was to hand it would seem.

If you need any advice on some of the liveries I might be able to help you out.

One thing, it is not good to go by profiles as they are often wrong in some respect as are aircraft painted in museums.
