Imagine trying to get a TPAC authorised when body panels cost that much...

Nice publicity stunt though.

If it helps recruit some more mugs then it can't be bad.

Indeed. I know the Italians actually have a Gallardo pursuit car to take on any ambitious mip-mops. Great stuff..!

I believe some force (Yorkshire?) bought an Esprit about ten years ago to combat joyriders. That Lambo wont be much use in central London I wouldnt have thought though... just stuck in the jams along with everyone else

Looks cool though

We were once given nice, quick and sporty cars.

Being boys (mostly) and having new toys, we did this to them...

Poor lad nearly died in this one, the Impreza's (the ones which hadn't already been written off) were quickly sold...

I think I remember that on TV? The Impreza has only been superficially updated since it came out ten years go or so. Because it didnt carry a Rover or MG badge, the motoring media didnt seem to notice that and therefore its a little known fact. Presumably an (essentially) 1990s bodyshell means 1990s levels of safety :worried: (looks at window at own car!).

Ouchie, lucky to walk away from that one.

GMP still have Scoobys, only in unmarked form though. I think they are trying to shy away from the 'chav' and 'boy-racer' appearance with them.

Nice n quick though.

Unfortunately guys it aint real. Although I'm sure many guessed that already. Its not an operational Police car, just part of the promotion for the Gumball rally.

And no, it did'nt take part!
