Sort of but it's very different to the rest. Alan Sugar has a group of business minded people who are set different business tasks. He then analyses their performance and sacks one. The winner was a young girl who gets a job with Alan Sugar with a 6 figure salary.

I haven't watched it myself (painful reminders of a boss just like him), but the trailers were difficult to miss.
