For those unsure of what to expect.. the Mitchell refered to in the filename is none other than R.J. Mitchell (though coincidentally, the aircraft of the same name features too)
10/10
Thanks for the HU Toby. Even the good lady was impressed!!
wow, superb. I must say that Flight Simulation Videos are becoming a really fine art. Wonders like thatr (also noted as the first IL2 Vid i have seen) and vids greated by Adrian Musto and Grover are just superb, and have you captivated, just like a regular film.
That is a fantastic video. Sent a chill down my spine. Shame he died before he saw its success. Did spitfires really nudge the wings of flying bombs to push them off course?
Onwards and Upwards!!!!!!!!
Jetty!
If God had of meant us to fly, he would have given us wings! He did, it's called an aeroplane!
In a word, no, not like that. Hawker Tempests and Meteors did, but they didnt actually touch. You do it by disturbing the air pressures around the wingtips, causing the V1 to roll over thus upsetting its gyro and usually causing it to dive harmlessly into the countryside over Kent.
