TBH Andy I can clearly remember the hum and clicking of the tape as I kept watching that bit as I had videoed it, but I don't remeber the lead up.

What you say does ring a bell but only what and because you have said it.

JETTY I rememer watching that spoof and it was scary. My wife and daughter reckoned it was real and they were really spooked.

I remember the documentart also. As a child it scared me half to death. I knew it was a load of bull **** when Mike Reade & Michael Parkinson (i think) starred shooting across the studio on chairs!

That bit took the p*ss. It was ok up til then.

You can buy the DVD now for about £20.00. Now that is frightening! :huf:

You could phone in to the show so they said, but I was so scarred I couldn't move. The ghost was named Pipes! I honestly thought it was real until the credits came up.

He wanted to finish off the front door.

After fitting an oversized letter box so the bills could be delivered he had decided to see if he could find any larger fittings for the door.

bigknockers.com I think was the site.
