Ben..

To make a joke on an immediate prior post is one thing

But I find the above where you have gone back two pages to quote, a bit of a starnge thing to do.

I don't know what the message is but I get the impression that you want to point out that ayone who's view differs from yours is a fool.

Indeed Garry. I am one of those fools!!

Knowing the past history (and who here doesn't) between UKMIL and Iris, I am inclined to think that Ben's comment was a cheap 'dig' rather than a joke. DaveC may well be away but he still pop's on regularly and I'm sure he'll not be too happy either

put it this way im just gonna wait until someone torrents it
i like the way everything is becoming payware, i noticed this around the CFS period in 1999 when more and more payware addons seemed to be arising. apart from few examples, e.g. anything by maltby, piper, garwood, bill lyons, any other freeware gets regarded as being poor quality and inferior to there visually pleasing payware superiors. its getting to the stage where the commercial market is killing freeware. to me honest i'd rather fly the Kaz Ito phantom with near- accurate fd's and an visually unrealistic flight model with no VC, as opposed to payware eye candy with the flight dynamics of an learjet on speed

Yeah......stealing....cuz thats mature and funny isnt it.

Its the scum that steal payware goods that could Kill the flightsim industry. Why not ruin everyones hobby for them? You'd probably laugh at that too.
