PC Manager

Post by Nigel H-J »

Yesterday downloaded this from the Microsoft Store and have found it to be much faster than the usual freeware software such as CCleaner, Glary Utilities etc.

When I initially tried to download it the box was greyed out, so the easiest way is to go to settings
Time and Language, then Country or Region and change to United States it will then download. Don't forget to change back to United Kingdom afterwards.

Have not tried to compare this with Glary Utilities yet as very happy with PC Manager.

I've been using CCleaner for decades, and it's served me very well. I can't guess at the number of times it's sorted out software that won't boot up, registry conflicts after updating or uninstalling software etc. I'll have a look at PC Manager though - thanks Nigel.
