Just popped in...........
Been a while since last posting but have taken some time off from flying due to other commitments, had operation in February to remove growth in jaw and all went well, swelling is reducing bit by bit and Max Fax has discharged me however, my wife some time ago had a stroke and a few months ago was in the back garden hanging out some clothes when she fell to the ground and hit her head on the paving slabs.
With much bleeding from her head I took her straight to A&E. She had her wound seen to and then glued and was allowed home.
So much of my time is taken up looking after her and making sure she does not overdo things. Losing her balance my have been caused by the stroke but not sure hence my absence from here.
I will keep popping in now and again but my priority is for Babs, might get back to flying at some point.
Regards
Nigel.

All the best Nigel. Looking after someone who s had a stroke is both time consuming, hard work and a worry. Keep popping in. When my wife had a stroke Dave Booker was a lifeline for me as was FB. Don't lose touch.
