Two Boeings in a row made me think of kangaroos, btw.
Who got it? Let's see, there were Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, Joe (blanston12), and Mick (woody901)
Well done all of you :welldone: and thanks for playing.

It was a Boeing EA Model 4, side by side trainer, with an extra trainer wheel to protect the propellor.
Nothing blotted out apart from the background, so I won't repeat it.

I left some Canadian clues in the image, and you all picked them up
The Northrop designed CF-5A was tagged by:
Eric (Tomliner), * Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, DaveG, and Joe (blanston12)
EDIT Mick (woody901) omitted from here * Sorry, Mick :$
Something I like about this quiz, is that there are only winners, no losers :)

And "short-listed" this week, are Joe (blanston12) and Mick (woody901) Good spotting, lads :agree:
Joe got it in one go:

Whilst Mick took two:

They both spotted the Breguet 14T2 Salon, war surplus bomber converted to mail + 2 passenger civilian use.

Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, Eric (Tomliner), EDIT: Mick, (woody901).Simon (simondix), Joe (blanston12) and AllanL all identified the Douglas DC-2.
According to my 1940s book, there was only one DC-1 built, and the DC-2 was a little longer, with more power. Of course, those landing lights were shifted from the nose to the wings for the DC-3, and the fin to fuselage joint was not so sharp as it was on the -2.

Thanks for playing, gents.
