Is this about the Beverly? News on X showed that they passed the £60,000 mark quite some time ago but the counter on the JustGiving page is showing a lower number: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/dougie-kerr
Anyway, they are busy taking her apart with some bits already at the Solway Aviation Museum. See https://x.com/SolwayAviation and scroll down. They are currently deriveting the top of the fuselage or preparing to do so.
Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.
