29-04-24 Mark my words. Yes, it's another "Identify the Mk" this week.
Re: CBFS SPOTTER - part 2
You didn’t tell us the type Mike.
Now at the age where I know I like girls but can't remember why!
Re: CBFS SPOTTER - part 2
It's a Cessna (Corsair) 425 Eric. The later versions dropped the oval windows and were renamed Conquest.
Ben.
Re: CBFS SPOTTER - part 2
Thanks Ben. At least I got the Cessna bit right!

It was an English Electric Lightning F Mk6 of 74 Sqn.
PeteP and Brian Franklin were first in, and both nailed the Squadron for a bonus star.
Ben (TSR2), AllanL, Mick (woody901), Joe (blanston12), Eric (Tomliner), Simon (simondix) and Brian (Bridon Bear) also scored diamonds
Congratulations, and thanks for playing

"I got the Blackburn Beverley"
So said Brian (Bridon Bear), PeteP, Mick (woody901), Joe (blanston12), and for so saying, getting diamond badges:
Eric (Tomliner) got it on his second entry, gaining gold.
To be precise, it's XB259 owned by Solway Aviation Museum, whose purchase price was $0, but they did have to pay for removal.
There's no more to show, because I gave you the entire picture.
Thanks for playing

As they sang in "Fairytale of New York" :"I could have been someone"
Well, so could this aircraft, but fame didn't happen

Had to check that I'd uploaded this one; no takers so far.
