Speaking of dogs...here's Fudge and Scooter running from the abandoned tatoo shop to find another shelter from the rain. Above the tailor shop you can see an advert for a local cannabis shop. If the abandoned tatoo shop becomes a cannabis shop they'll definitely have competition.

I saw in the comments section that the tattoo shop has moved down the street, and is now opposite that clothes shop on the corner. That would explain why they took the sign with them.
