From all the books I've read, a year in Vietnam was one long near-death experience.FlyTexas wrote: ↑23 Feb 2022, 19:50I used to work with a man named Wayne. (rest in peace Wayne) He was in bad health and had a near death experience. The experience scared the living sh*t out of him. He would never tell anyone what he experienced. He saw combat in Vietnam. Maybe that had something to do with the bad experience.![]()

Re: News: Final Thoughts Before Death
Hi Nigel,
Do you feel like you could share any more detail?
Re: News: Final Thoughts Before Death
Hi Mike, read your request early today but have been quite busy hence not replying till now.
What happened was over a number of days but only lasted a few moments each time, I'm sorry but the memory of those events are still very frightening and I don't really want to go over the events of those few days.
Because of that if there is ever a horror film for example such as Poltergeist I would never watch it, what was witnessed by us ( I was about 26 years old then) still makes my blood run cold.
One thing I will say is that none of us did anything to encourage those events whatsoever and I can only add that from that experience, there is something after death.
Regards
Nigel.

I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.
