Train Sim World 2 free for a limited time

Tried to fire this up.
Says Microsoft C++Runtime is needed to run this.
I have it installed already
Any tips please?

I had this problem, and downloaded the C++ distributable files and installed them, which cured the defect . However, I find the programme itself somewhat difficult to navigate, and finding what controls what is somewhat abstruse

Aha! my 2015-19s were dated January 2021. I'll see what I can d/l.
