Mike, could not locate your post regarding 3D printing and although I had not read through it all believe you are doing a cockpit of the Spitfire.
came across this from the Tactical Assault Group (IL2) Free files (3d printing) for Spitfire throttle with boost cut-out.
Hope this may help you.

Re: Mike (Airspeed)
Thanks for that, Nigel.
It's actually a Hurricane.
Many of the details are the same, though the overall look is different.
I will certainly have a close look and let you know how useful it is.
Meanwhile, this is my reflector gunsight so far. Still have to add the brackets and HU perspex screen. Then a final clean up of rough edges.

Re: Mike (Airspeed)
That is looking incredibly good Mike, looking forward to seeing the Hurricane Cockpit when completed.
BTW, the link I gave you has another link for those who do not have a 3D Printer and can purchase items instead then assemble them with easy to follow You Tube Videos.
Have to say that I am tempted though as it would serve well for IL2 Spitfire Controls but don't think for one minute Babs would approve.

Re: Mike (Airspeed)
Thanks for that comment, Nigel.
Tried to do the free d/l of the quadrant.
It's a 14.5 Mb file, but my Internet Download Manager churned through 85+ on three attempts. I tried to disable IDM, but couldn't.
Funnily, it let me d/l the other two freebies
The whole kit is a cheap alternative to the real thing, and far less time consuming than drawing the bits up yourself.
