Watching a few videos on You Tube and came across a flight over Bruntingthorpe, I had never been there before but a brief view of it showed all the cars straddling the runway where so many aircraft not only landed but also used it for high speed taxi runs.

What a damned shame, just hope that one day it can all happen again. :dunno:

Hot Charlie used to run the VC10 there. I've not noticed him on here for a while.

Had a sneaky look at his last appearance and he has not been here since Sunday 23 August 2020. He is not far away from where I live unless postings have come through and he is now elsewhere. *-)
