Huub Vink has produced a very nice repaint of Mitsuya Hamaguchi's Austin K2 ambulance. It's painted to represent the ambulance from the movie 'Ice Cold in Alex'. Available now at Sim Outhouse.

I would not be surprised if that FSX repaint will slot straight into MSFS2020 as it is !

is P3D4.5 64 bit?...If so then that might be the reason...If it is then I probably may not see my FSX aeroplanes in FS2020

Yes, P3D4 is 64 bit. It allows properly FSX native craft to be used. The new MSFS may be similar in that respect, but I think we'll just have to wait and see!
