I found only one badge which meant anything to me. I should have remembered the bonnet icon.
I think it is in fact the Typhoon model.
This confirms 2 doors and same placement of indicators & air scoops.

I think that is a stylized 'A' (for Armstrong maybe) rather than the tri-legged Merc logo.
I'm not sure about that. I think it may be an Institute of Advanced Motorists' badge . The car is incredibly rare : whilst there are a few saloons around , this coupe is another matter. It just shows that cars last better in Oz !
