There was me intently watching the first part of the video and wondering whether they would have to descend through all that cloud amongst the mountains to get there, not something I would want to see from the passenger window!!

Definitely not an airport to practice touch and go's!!

That's indeed a Do-228. They use Twin Otters as well.

Maybe they are worried about the latest restrictions on confronting material?
