Robbie, I've yet to watch that one all the way through, but it's interesting because it is nothing like the way I imagine Hanoi to be. Perhaps I've been reading too many books about the war, Rolling Thunder and the French era etc. Thanks for that.

Brian, that's the way to travel. I remember proper restaurant cars on British Rail - okay, not in the same league as the Orient Express, but it was very civilized to sit there, silver service full English breakfast and watching the countryside roll by. You can scarcely get a cup of tea these days, and when you do, its a styrofoam cup with the teabag string dangling out ( for your convenience of course. Have a, like, awesome customer experience, like.
