at Norwich...
Classic..maybe..definitely British
Don't know why the AI wont stop at the wig-wags... Sheds by PAD; they are one of my type ratings; and I've actually worked 2 of these in the shot in real world.

Re: Shed traffic
Fs9 Dave, 'X' wont work for longer than 10 minutes on my system before it gets an OOM error ; something uses all 16GB RAM
very quickly; haven't had the inclination to debug it as so many of my favourite sceneries and flying machines aren't tweeked for X unless they are payware.
its a traffic file I made up yesterday.

Re: Shed traffic
Ok Pete.
Could you send me that traffic file by any chance? Doesn't matter about the aircraft.. I can mod it in two shakes. The AFD has 2 hold shorts (as per) so it's surprising they're not stopping at one of them. Maybe they're stopping at the second and not the first which is the wig-wags.
Your 10min OOM is a wild one as your system exceeds mine. Is this just at Norwich or in general?

Re: Shed traffic
Thats' in general Dave,
If I want to run X for longer than 10 minutes I have to remove all weather and traffic (ie Sunny day and 0 traffic)
Have a play with this if you like; its not Norwich specific; I'm sure you can add aeroplanes and airports as needed.

Re: Shed traffic
Cheers Pete
I'm on Win7 Ultimate (64-bit)
Intel i5 2500K 3.3-3.7gig
8gb system ram
I don't get a 10min OOM but I've known some users get it. Problem now is finding out the cure!

Re: Shed traffic
Well.. after all that effort, I've still only caught the default Dash8 taking off
As I suspected, AI are running through the wig-wags and pausing at the invisible hold before doing a left then right/right onto the runway. AI don't do this sort of thing particularly well I'm afraid. Perhaps Gary could have made AI pause at the wig-wags rather than the invisible hold by putting the invisible hold before the WW rather than after. I dunno is the simple answer. There's probably a good reason for it so I'll ask

Re: Shed traffic
Pete..
I'm told the reason is that the RW Hold Short is too far away from the runway start to interact.. hence the addition of the invisible HS at the turn
