Well, since Thursday 22.10hrs, all I have is an automatic response saying they'll get back to me. It's Sunday 18.49hrs. (despite the forum timestamp of 19:48)

Work has been getting the better of both of us sadly We are changed servers, I don't think some other parts have been changed yet. I have spoke to IT guy on the team to look at.
