Is that the Oliver Fischer ju-52 Dave? Where did you get the paint, or is it one of your own?
Aerosoft was working on a -52 a while back. Wonder what became of that. *-)

Hello Mate..

Yup.. it's Oli Fischers v2  There's some sort of update floating around for it which this paint requires. I just threw it at the original v2 and this is how it popped out. Other than a few oddities.. it works ok. I found the PK for it today and the textures above look very much like they were done using the PK. It only has three layers.. base, metal and dirt  The 'artiste' didn't use his imagination much hence the over dark lines (this is how they are in the PK). Also.. he didn't take much care in trying to line up the green camo lines 8)

Here's a link to this paint.. https://novawing24.com/downloads/n24-ju52-cn4v-v1-0/

The PK is available at Avsim. I'd send you a link but Avsim won't always let me in for some reason 8) 'Ju52' in the search engine should be enough ;)

There are a number of paints available for Pierino Primavesi's v6 model but less so for Olivers.

If you don't already have it.. I'd advise the glass fix. I'm sure you do but if not.. whop 'Ju52' into the search engine at Simviation. There are two listed.. not sure what the difference is if any.

Cheers Dave, got it.
Can't remember if I'd installed the glass fix or not, but it seems OK. :)

Yeah.. I dug it out and looked at one paint and saw the very dark glass so went looking for the glass fix. I already had it but had only added it to the BEA paint :wall:

It's still a great model for it's day and works pretty much in FSX as it did in FS9.. glass excepted.

Very good Dave! I saw that film the other week and by god it has dated. I used to like that one but time (and new techniques) have done it no favours.

The film may be dated by todays standards but that introduction scene is still brilliant. EricT
